The book "Al-Nur Al-Muqtabas min Qawa'id Malik ibn Anas" by Abu Muhammad Abd al-Wahid al-Wansharisi, may God have mercy on him, is considered a unique poetic work in its field. It is a comprehensive and inclusive poetic work, with refined chapters and well-established principles. In it, he put his father's book "Idah al-Masalik" into a comprehensive poetic form, in a rajaz poem exceeding one thousand five hundred verses. He added rules with their examples and illustrations from Ibn Arafa's compendium and others, making the poem a completion and perfection of his father's work.
